These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BK8SG platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing BK8SG, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BK8SG ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bk8sg.cam ("the Platform").
By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with BK8SG's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
BK8SG is operated under international online gaming licensing. The Platform is made available to eligible users across multiple jurisdictions. Malaysian users are responsible for independently verifying and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering or wagering on the Platform.
Important: Online gambling is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority. By accessing BK8SG from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction, you represent that you have satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful under applicable local laws. BK8SG accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's non-compliance with local regulations.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
To register and maintain an Account on BK8SG, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
21+ Policy: BK8SG is committed to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to KYC verification. If age cannot be confirmed, access to real-money services will be suspended until adequate documentation is provided.
4.1 Registration Process. To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You will be required to create a username and password to secure your Account.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. BK8SG will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BK8SG support immediately at [email protected]. BK8SG reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.
4.4 KYC Verification. BK8SG may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending resolution.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Closing an Account does not cancel pending bets that have already been accepted by the Platform.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. BK8SG accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions, as well as USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported methods are subject to change; please refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current options.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all MYR-denominated payment methods unless otherwise stated on the Platform. For USDT TRC20, the minimum equivalent deposit is approximately USDT 25.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are credited to your Account instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are credited following on-chain confirmation, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Deposits made from payment methods in names other than your own verified Account name may be rejected and returned. BK8SG reserves the right to request documentary evidence of ownership of any payment method.
5.5 Deposit Fees. BK8SG does not charge a deposit fee for the methods listed above. Third-party payment providers or banks may apply their own fees independently; BK8SG has no control over such charges.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a USDT-denominated account option is selected. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. BK8SG reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the verified available balance in your Account.
6.3 Processing Times. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 30 minutes to 2 business hours depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times and typically complete within 30 to 60 minutes.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Platform's verification requirements. BK8SG may, at its discretion, approve alternative withdrawal methods following KYC verification.
6.5 Withdrawal Review. BK8SG reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud review on any withdrawal request. During such review periods, processing times may be extended. Users will be notified if additional information is required.
Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements may result in bonus forfeiture. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by BK8SG are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Welcome bonuses typically carry a requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering completion — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
7.4 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. BK8SG reserves the right to limit or revoke bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
7.5 Referral Bonuses. Referral bonuses are subject to the condition that the referred player completes a qualifying first deposit and meets the minimum wagering threshold. Self-referrals or referrals between linked accounts are not eligible.
7.6 Abuse and Fraud. BK8SG reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and account balances where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by BK8SG. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake amount at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
8.2 Odds and Prices. Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system are the odds that apply to that wager. BK8SG covers major sports markets including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and more.
8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcome calculations, or displayed results due to a technical malfunction or human error, BK8SG reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No liability is accepted for losses arising from system errors or interruptions.
8.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, a verified technical error, or any circumstance under which the integrity of the result cannot be confirmed.
8.5 Responsible Wagering. All wagers must be placed using funds in your Account Balance. BK8SG does not offer credit facilities. Users should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment, not a financial instrument.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BK8SG Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:
10.1 All content on the BK8SG Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, game software, and compiled code — is the exclusive property of BK8SG or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express written consent of BK8SG.
10.3 All third-party trademarks, game titles, and studio names referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on BK8SG does not imply any endorsement of or by BK8SG.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BK8SG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
11.2 BK8SG does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect platform availability. BK8SG will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising therefrom.
11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BK8SG makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit BK8SG's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 BK8SG is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Users may request activation of any responsible gambling tool at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
12.3 Self-exclusion requests will result in immediate Account suspension for the requested period. Self-excluded Users must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion.

BK8SG reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BK8SG will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BK8SG holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would direct application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. BK8SG aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.
15.3 Malaysian Users. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to deprive Malaysian users of any rights available to them under applicable mandatory provisions of Malaysian consumer protection law, to the extent those provisions apply to the services described herein.
